Canape / Catering Menu

We would like to inform our patrons that they are not restricted to these choices. The chef can create custom designed items to their liking. The canapé menus are made in house and the ingredients used are of good quality to give better taste and finish.


PLATTERS:
Antipasti – prosciutto, cold cuts, pastrami, cornicons, home made pickles, relish and rustic bread.
Mezze – hummus, babaganosh, marinated olives, feta cheese, dolmadoes ,toasted pita bread
Assorted Breads – trio of dips, garlic bread, foccacia, ciabatta, sourdough toasted with seasalt.
Cheese platter – trio of Queens land award winning cheeses, honey comb, quince jelly, grissini.
Mediterranian –Smoked salmon ,roasted vegetables ,marinated olives, feta cheese, dolmadoes,, roasted peppers, Turkish pide.
Sea Food – garlic prawns ,smoked salmon, oysters ,white bait fritters, crab cakes, calamari rings, aioli.
